8 weeks program for a Healthy Back

This carefully created program is designed for back care for people with back pain, the most common issue in nowadays’ lifestyle

You will have access to three videos per week which you can practice in your own time. Classes are 30 minutes long to fit easily into your schedule. The videos are progressing in levels and built over each other to follow a line of development

You will receive ongoing personal guidance during the program. We will keep in touch via email regularly so you can ask or discuss any questions or concerns you may have or challenges you may face

You will have access to the videos for a total of 16 weeks from the date of purchasing and you will be able to watch them as many time as you want during that period

6 weeks program for a Strong Core – Beginner – Intermediate

Having a strong core does not only mean working on your abdominals, it is about finding and strengthening the deep muscles in your abdominal, around your spinal column, side, pelvic floor and inner thighs using the correct breathing to understand and learn how they all work together

Two different levels are available for this program: Beginner (6 week) or Intermediate to Advanced (6 weeks)

4 weeks Introduction to Pilates for building a habit of practicing

This program will start you on a journey for a healthier, stronger body and better posture. The classes are short enough for you to be able to commit to them and are designed to build a habit of practicing regularly. The videos give you thorough explanation of the exercises, body alignment and breathing, they are suitable for anyone new to Pilates.

You will have access to 4 videos per week which you can practice during your own time, they are 15 to 20 minutes long to easily fit into your daily schedule. The videos are progressing in levels and built over each other to follow a line of development
